Everything was fantastic and we had fine time. The staff were attentive and the pool area was great. Exceptionally clean hotel with a very central location near by airport. The buffet and plentiful breakfast was outstanding;))

Non-smoking rooms and brilliant staff - we loved it. Our room had a comfortable bed and a splendid view. Breakfast was savoury, a lot of food, large balcony. The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a shopping area, close to airport and bus station.

stylish building, impressive staff and rooms. the views from my cosy bedroom were marvellous. they made my stay good. pool was heated, comfortable to sit around. ideally based in pretty quiet area. also, the place was relatively near eleftherias square.

Short distance to historical museum of crete, just 1 mile. Morning meal food was large! Heralkio City Centre neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.
